Shipping Times & Delivery
At VERGO, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Once dispatched, delivery time is estimated at 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU). If you are located outside the EU and wish to place an order, please contact our customer support at hello@vergo-labs.com to inquire about availability and shipping options.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping – please refer to our website for current thresholds and promotions.
Order Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number. You can follow your order’s journey via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Missed Delivery or Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. VERGO is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the order at [support@vergolife.com]. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the package and any damaged items. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Taxes & Duties
